All YamSamwich products are custom-made and limited edition. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Every order is unique. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Please make sure all details are correct before checkout.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will work with you to resolve the problem.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable. YamSamwich is not responsible for lost packages, delays, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
