All orders placed before 5 PM EST are shipped the following business day.

Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Example: Place an order Monday at 3 PM EST - it ships Tuesday. Place it Monday at 6 PM - it ships Wednesday.

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier and contact us for further guidance if this occurs.
